White Plains changes Library garage traffic pattern on Monday

Beginning Monday, November 9, drivers parking at the Library Garage will follow a new route to exit.
The temporary change allows construction crews to continue rehabilitation work and expand to new areas of the garage.
Crews will repair the slabs surrounding the ramps connecting the upper and lower levels with the street, covering three locations one at a time, and the work is expected to take four to six months to complete.
